Job Description

  • The Technical Recruiter would be responsible for recruiting and delivering potential candidates as per the clients requirements in a timely manner. This position performs a wide variety of tasks and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • This position reports to the Team Lead Recruiting. In order to be successful in this role, the Recruiter must be motivated, energetic, have strong communication/negotiating skills and work well in a team setting.
  • Interpret, analyze and understand the client requirements and effectively use the job boards and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with
  • Co-ordinate necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
