Job Description

Application support: Location: Gujarat 1. Brief the objective and limitations of Handholding support to location IT Manager. 2. Resource should be able to Hand hold the end users in application navigation. 3. Resource should be able to explain the concepts and steps for specific operations. 4. Demonstrate the functionalities required for normal functioning of application. 5. Guide the end users to utilize the help desk services. 6. Provide basic functional L1 support as per the agreed SLA norms. 7. Trouble shooting with respect to incorrect inputs. 8. Analyze the tickets and plan to minimize the recurrence by educating the users. 9. End User Training on need basis. 10. User handholding for day to day activities. 11. Provide technical support as per the agreed SLA norms. 12. Respond to all Technical Issues allocated by the service desk or by the users related to trouble Shooting, Diagnose and resolve issues.
