8. Analyze the tickets and plan to minimize the recurrence by educating the
9. End User Training on need basis.
10. User handholding for day to day activities.
11. Provide technical support as per the agreed SLA norms.
12. Respond to all Technical Issues allocated by the service desk or by the users related to trouble Shooting, Diagnose and resolve issues.
